Most insurance plans cover flu shots under your wellness benefit; therefore, you will be required to present your insurance card at time of service.
Cost of flu shots for uninsured will be $25 and payable at the time of service.
****Patients 18 years of age and under who are uninsured or enrolled in a Medicaid program must receive injections at one of our other clinics due to Vaccine for Children program guidelines.
